Media Camp at Crown College is
designed to be a creative, collaborative, and safe learning environment. All
campers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible
manner throughout the duration of camp. By registering for Media Camp, campers
and parents/guardians agree to the following expectations:
• Campers will
treat fellow campers, instructors, staff, and campus facilities with respect.
• Campers will
follow all instructions related to safety, equipment use, and campus policies.
• Campers will
use professional equipment responsibly and with care.
• Harassment,
bullying, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
• Campers are
expected to remain with their assigned group during camp activities unless
given permission by staff.
• Personal
devices (such as phones and earbuds) should be used only during designated
breaks or when permitted by camp staff. Campers are expected to remain engaged
during instruction, collaborative work, and activities.
Failure to meet these expectations
may result in dismissal from Media Camp at the discretion of Crown College
Media Camp staff. In the event of dismissal due to conduct concerns, refunds
will not be issued.
